The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
Products created are handcrafted and are delicate. Please handle all purchases with care, If an order comes to you broken or damaged, please notify me immediately with photo of what it looks like when you received the order. That way I can assess how to solve the situation. Please make sure you keep items stored in a safe place to insure that they do not break or lost as I do no do replacements for lost items after you have received your order.
What do I do if I can't find my order?
Each order has a tracking label assigned by the USPS. Once USPS has registered your order in their system it is out of my control. However, please note that I am more than willing to help you find your order. My suggestions are to first look at the tracking email you received in the mail to check the status of where your order is. Then I would file a claims with the USPS to notify them that you cannot find your order. This has never happened before, but I just wanted to be clear about my policy with this situation.

If you are not satisfied with your order but it is not damaged or nothing is wrong with it, please note you can exchange your order for store credit but you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
